SpeedMetric is a small project. There is no call centre and no chatbot in front of a real inbox. If you need to reach the people who run the site, write to us directly.
The best address is contact@speedmetric.net. Include enough context that we can actually help: which page you were on, the browser and device, and — if the message is about a speed result — roughly when you tested and whether you were on Wi-Fi, Ethernet or cellular.
We aim to reply within a few business days. Weekend messages wait until Monday. We do not give personalised ISP support and we cannot see inside your home network from here; we can explain how the tester works and fix problems with this website.
What to write about
Privacy requests, questions about cookies or advertising, a broken page, a suspected inaccuracy in an article, and partnership or AdSense-related enquiries all belong at that address. If your note is about personal data, say so in the subject line so we can treat it under the privacy policy.
Please do not send malware samples, bulk marketing lists, or demands that we change a neighbour’s Wi-Fi. For how we treat measurements and advice, read the disclaimer and the terms of service.
About the project
If you only wanted to know who operates SpeedMetric, the about page is the longer introduction. The tools themselves stay on the homepage: the internet speed test and what is my IP.
